GOOP Cleanses & Pepper Potts

Since I’m currently on this month-long journey to live like Gwyneth, I figured I should probably do some sort of cleanse. To be honest, I actually kind of enjoy “dieting” – is that weird? There is a part of me that likes the challenge of eating super healthy and reaching a goal. I think it probably stems from my athletic background and needing to hit certain standards/set new PRs. But I can’t do it for long.

When deciding which of Gwyneth Paltrow’s cleanses to try I remembered a post I saw several years ago on GOOP (which actually turns out to be almost FIVE years, I can’t believe it) called “The Making of Pepper Potts” in which GP described her routine for getting in shape for Iron Man 2.
