One Month To Me

Before classes this morning my workout routine was the following:

Day 4 of 30 Day Butt Life Challenge from Blogilates

Tuesday Workout from TIU included a 30 minute run (which is coming later) and the Bikini Arms Routine with 2lb weights this morning. Even with small weights I felt some burn. Most likely that is because this is the first time in my life I’m doing more than my safe treadmill runs with mini ab workouts in between.

Later today, between my afternoon classes my roommate and I are going to the campus gym for the 30 minute cardio session. I’m thinking the elliptical!

I’ve also started the 21 Day Self Makeover to start making more time for the things I find important. I am obsessed with these little online improvement programs. It’s awesome coming together with a community and working toward a common goal. I can’t wait to…
